1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources) are final and non-refundable.

Once access to a digital product has been granted, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Services and Bookings

Payments for notary and consulting services are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

If you need to reschedule a booking, please contact us in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate a new time.

Missed or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

3. Errors or Technical Issues

If you experience a problem downloading a digital product or completing a booking due to a technical issue, please contact us at hello@guidingcareconsulting.com and we will assist promptly.
